RESOLUTION APPROVING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR TRAFFIC
H H SIGNALS WITH THE CITY OF ELK RUN HEIGHTS, IOWA AND

DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Maintenance Agreement dated August 13 , 1990, for traffic
signals, by and between the City of Elk Run Heights, Iowa, and
the city of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 1990.
