Advartcqd Technologies Corporation of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and the
Ci-ty :704aterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Maypr, Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City :ofT aterloo, Iowa.
