BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

that the Asbestos Removal Contract dated August 13, 1990, for the
Former East Side Library, by and between Advanced Technologies
Corporation of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 1990.
