— ' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Rampart Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, for
the F.Y. 1991 Independence Avenue Area Storm Sewer Improvements -
Phase 3 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor Pro Tem and the Deputy City
Clerk as of the 13th day of August, 1990 , together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Merchants Bonding Co. (Mutual) of Des Moines, Iowa,
as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 1990.
