'7) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated August 13 , 1990, to provide professional
service to furnish and install a Pavement Management System
including an inventory of approximately four hundred and
twenty-two ( 422) centerline miles of City streets, by and between
Carter Associates, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 1990.
