• tilLE,1 WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
H Engineer, to prepare and file specifications, form of

H contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
construction of the F.Y. 1990 Rehabilitation Paving Program,
Contract No. 353 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as

- specified in the specifications, and

WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said specifications,
bi form of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. ,
and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
(D• E' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
w CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the
n same are hereby preliminarily approved.
