WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y.
1991 Independence Avenue Area Storm Sewer Improvements - Phase 3 ,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 393 ; and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 1991
Independence Avenue Area Storm Sewer Improvements - Phase 3 ,
known as Contract No. 393, which were preliminarily approved on
July 16, 1990; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August
6, 1990, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO1 IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 1991 Independence Avenue
Area St4m Sewer Improvements - Phase 3, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, known as Contract No. 393 , be, and the same are hereby,
approvectas ,filed-
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1990.
