Q) r CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:

Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 20th day of August, 1990, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate the
eight ( 8) foot platted utility easement located along the west
lot line of property located at 1539 Oriole Avenue, and legally
described as follows:
The westerly eight ( 8) feet, except the southerly eight ( 8)
feet of Lot 27, Bronson Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 2. 'That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1990.
