H 1-1 Uc.: DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
° SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Offer to Buy form dated August 6, 1990, to purchase
17 . 13 acres of land located in the East Lake area of the Chain of
Lakes in the amount of $8, 565. 00 by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1990 .
