IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING

-, t EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement No. 90-F-016 dated August 6, 1990, for
grading, drainage and paving improvements on West Shaulis Road
Reconstruction from Highway 63 to Ansborough Avenue,
M-6470( 5) --81-07 , by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1990 .
