RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF CEDAR
FALLS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated August 6, 1990, for joint exercise
of law enforcement services to provide or obtain law enforcement
assistance to/from one another in order to preserve and protect
the health, safety and welfare of all persons within its
jurisdictions, by and between the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1990.
