RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH TOWER PARK
PARTNERSHIP AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated August 6, 1990, for cost of public
improvements for real property generally located on the
southwesterly portion of the intersection of San Marnan Drive and
Kimball Avenue, by and between Tower Park Partnership, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1990.
