BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOQ IOWA, that the Grant Application for Resource
cvEnhancerpent and Protection (REAP) funds for the demolition
of EmerSbn and Whittier Schools to be used as parks, be and
tthe same is hereby approved, and Parks Director authorized
to submit said application and the Mayor authorized to
execute same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
