THE DEPUTY CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.

BE.: iT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 27th day of August, 1990, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
F.Y. 1991 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program -- Zone 2, in the
City of Waterloo and the taking of construction bids therefore,
Contract No. 398 .
Section 2 . That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1990.
