WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet attity Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
at 7 : 0Qn. on the 13th day of August, 1990, for the purpose of
considand acting upon amendment to Ordinance No. 2479, as
ameridedit)City Zoning Ordinance, to allow a recording studio as a
perMitep4 use in a "R-4" Multiple Family Residential District, a
copy o hich is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

BiIT? W$SOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the gity' Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
