WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet jn the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
WatetToo, Iow4, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 13th day of August, 1990, for
the purpose df considering and acting upon an application of
Randy Fratzke -to rezone from "R-2" One and Two Family Residential
District to "C-Z" Conditional Zoning District a parcel of land
generally located at the corner of Western Avenue and Bertch
Avenue and legally described as follows:
The East 82 feet, Lot 5, Block 1, Baltimore Addition, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
