purpose considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate the
sidewalk, Ackjoining property located at 930 Kingsley Avenue and
legally described as follows:
The 47. 5' long sidewalk adjoining the south side of Lot 9,
Block 8 of Woodlawn Addition, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk rdounty, Iowa.
Section 2,E That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notici ,-of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Cour4.-er-
