tr .0 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 1990 Broadway and Conger Traffic Safety Improvement
Project, Contract No. 394, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the
Cifir Clerk as of the 23rd day of July, 1990, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the American Home Assurance Company of New York, New
York, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 1990.
