TERRACON CONSULTANTS NE, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
HN OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Notice-to-Proceed Agreement dated July 23 , 1990 , for
material testing services for the F. Y. 1990 Broadway & Conger
Traffic Safety Improvement Project, Contract No. 394, by and
between Terracon Consultants NE, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSEb AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 1990.
