RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT NO. 90-F-015 WITH THE
t7.1 PIOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
H H EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement No. 90-F-015 dated July 23 , 1990 , for grading,
drainage and paving improvements on Sixth Street Extension - West
from Kimball Avenue to Washington Street, IX-6604( 3 ) --79-07, by
and between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 1990.
