WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo,

wsewage disposal and garbage services levied against 809

parc*ls were acquired by the Iowa Department of
cTran0Ortation by condemnation for U.S. Highway 218

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following assessments
and pena .ties be and the same hereby cancelled and that the
Clerk/Auditor be and he is hereby directed to notify the
County Treasurer of said cancellation.
