DIVERS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Indemnity Agreement dated July 16, 1990, to allow scuba
divers:.1to use the Mitchell Avenue Sandpits on September 7 , 8 and
9, 1990; by and between various scuba divers and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 1990.
