IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 387.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that „ the contract of E.B. Spencer Engineering Company of
Waterleo, Iowa, for the F.Y. 1990 Water Pollution Control Plant
Improvements, Phase 1, Step 2, Immediate Clarifier & Pumping
Station in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the Deputy City Clerk as
of the 16th day of July, 1990, together with the accompanying
bond for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the
Employers Insurance of Wausau of Wausau, Wisconsin, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 1990.
