• WIT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that tWAppraisal Contract dated July 16, 1990, for appraisal of
property for the University/Mullan Avenue Gateway Project, by and
between Albert B. Little ASA, Appraisal Associates, of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 1990.
