BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that a storm sewer easement across Lot 5 of Pinnacle
F Place First Addition be and the same hereby dedicated,
legally described as follows:

< 11 Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot Five ( 5) of

S17°48 ' 11"W 25.00 feet along the west line of said Lot
