1--, H 0 RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE URBAN AREA BOUNDARIES TO
_ INCLUDE THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF

' ? WHEREAS, the Iowa Department of Transportation requires
--1 cities to update Urban Area Boundaries located outside their
corporate limits, and
-1, WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo has annexed property to

include real property that is not within the Urban Area
Boundary, and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of including all real
property in its corporate boundaries within the Urban Area
Boundaries.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that all real
property presently located in the corporate limits of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same hereby included
within the Urban Area Boundary of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to file with the Iowa Department of
Transportation a certified copy of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 1990 .
