RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF RESCHEDULED
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE F.Y. 1990
BROADWAY AND CONGER TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 394, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND
THE TAKING OF CONSTRUCTION BIDS THEREFORE, CONTRACT NO.
394, AS JULY 16, 1990 , AT 7 : 00 P.M. AT CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 16th day of July, 1990 , for
the purpose of holding a rescheduled public hearing on proposed
plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for
the F.Y. 1990 Broadway and Conger Traffic Safety Improvements
Project, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of construction
bids therefore, Contract No. 394.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 1990.
