(2) WHEREAS, Winmor Construction Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with F.Y. 1989
Cloverdale Acres Area Stormwater Outlet Structure, Contract No.
379, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 1990.
