t'1WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is desirous of cancelling special assessments for

sewage disposal and garbage services levied against 149
Harlan Court, 146 Harlan Court, 1810 Washington Street, 1010
Bluff Street, 421 West Sixth Street, and 161 Main, which
0- es were acquired by the Iowa Department of
4Yantportation by condemnation for U.S. Highway 218
7purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following assessments
and penalties be and the same hereby cancelled and that the.
Clerk/Auditor be and he is hereby directed to notify the
County Treasurer of said cancellation.
