RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE
GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF MR. AND MRS. DAVID AYLSWORTH TO
VACATE A PORTION OF THE PLATTED UTILITY EASEMENTS
WHICH RUN ALONG THE WEST LOT LINE OF LOTS 81 AND 82,
HEARTLAND HILLS SECOND ADDITION, AS JULY 2, 1990, AT
7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND
INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 2nd day of July, 1990, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Mr. and Mrs. David Aylsworth to vacate a portion of the platted
utility easements which run along the west lot line of Lots 81
and 82, Heartland Hills Second Addition and legally described as
follows:
The easterly two feet of the westerly five feet of Lots 81
and 82 , except the southerly eight ( 8) feet of Lot 81 and
the northerly eight ( 8) feet of Lot 82, Heartland Hills
Second Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1990.
