t.k.) WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
-3 ' shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 2nd day of July,
1990, for the purpose of considering and acting upon an
application of Michael Galer to vacate three ( 3) feet of the
eight ( 8) foot platted utility easement generally located
along the south lot line of 1633 Golden Valley Drive and
legally described as follows:
The northerly three ( 3 ) feet of the southerly eight ( 8 )

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to publish notice of the time and place of said
hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
