RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO
BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF BERTCH WOOD
SPECIALITIES, INC. TO VACATE THE TWENTY ( 20) FOOT
PLATTED UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED
NORTH-SOUTH IN THE AIRLINE-BURTON INDUSTRIAL PARK,
AS JULY 2, 1990, AT 7: 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 2nd day of July,
1990, for the purpose of considering and acting upon an
application of Bertch Wood Specialties, Inc. to vacate the
twenty ( 20) foot platted utility easement generally located
north-south in the Airline-Burton Industrial Park and
legally described as follows:
The easterly ten ( 10) feet of Lots 15, 20, 21 and 24,
and the westerly ten ( 10) feet of Lots 16, 19, 22, and
23, all in Airline-Burton Industrial Park, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to publish notice of the time and place of said
hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1990 .
