--- - WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 2nd day of July,
1990, for the purpose of considering and acting upon an
application of Curt Hill to vacate a portion of the platted
utility easement generally located along the east lot line
of 1215 Maxine Avenue and legally described as follows:
The westerly five ( 5) feet of the easterly eight ( 8)
feet, except the southerly eight ( 8) feet of Lot 18 ,
Zelmar Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to publish notice of the time and place of said
hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1990.
