of HEARING.

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 9th day of July,
1990, for the purpose of considering and acting upon an
application of Gary Eilers to rezone from "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District to "M-2" Heavy Industrial District
property generally located at the northeast corner of
Columbia Street and Litchfield Avenue and legally described
as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of the southwest 1/4
of the northeast 1/4 of Section 14, Township 89, Range
13 West, thence westerly 264 feet, thence southerly
706 . 5 feet, thence easterly 264 feet, thence northerly
706. 5 feet to the point of beginning, except the
northerly 521 feet and the westerly 132 . 8 feet, all in
Unplatted Waterloo East, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1990 .
