WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 9th day of July,
1990, for the purpose of considering and acting upon an
application of George Johnson, Jr. to rezone from "R-3"
Multiple Family Residential District to "C-Z" Conditional
Zoning property generally located at 427 Belmont and legally
described as follows:

Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
