RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO
BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF CHARLES GRANGER, C/O
KIMBALL CORPORATION TO REZONE FROM "R-4" MULTIPLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO "C-Z" CONDITIONAL
ZONING PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG KIMBALL
AVENUE FRONTAGE ROAD, DIRECTLY NORTH OF MCDONALDS
RESTAURANT ON BROOKERIDGE DRIVE, AS JULY 9 , 1990,
AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL
AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 9th day of July, 1990 ,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon an
application of Charles Granger, c/o Kimball Corporation, to
rezone from "R-4" Multiple Family Residential District to
"C-Z" Conditional Zoning property generally located along
Kimball Avenue Frontage Road, directly north of McDonalds
Restaurant and legally described as follows:
Lot 156, except the North 110 Feet and the North 115. 9
feet of the East 227. 32 feet of Lot 155, all in
Granger ' s Second Addition, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to publish notice of the time and place of said
hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1990.
