RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND OF CEDAR
VALLEY CORPORATION OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y. 1991
SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM -- ZONE 2 IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 396 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 1991 Sidewalk Repair Program -- Zone 2 , Contract No.
396, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor Pro Tem and the City Clerk as of
the 18th day of June, 1990, together with the accompanying bond
for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the
American Home Assurance Company of New York, New York, in the
amount of $49,118.02, as surety thereon, be, and the same are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1990.
