RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR ASBESTOS REMOVAL
WITH ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Contract E-90 (A) dated June 18, 1990, for
asbestos removal, by and between Advanced Technologies of
Cedar Falls, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1990.
