RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR DEMOLITION WITH
LEHMAN TRUCKING AND EXCAVATING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Contract A-90(D) dated June 18, 1990, for demolition in
conjunctin with the Sixth Street Extension Project,
IX-6604( 2) --79-07, by and between Lehman Trucking and Excavating
of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1990.
