RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR INSPECTION SERVICES
WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 18 , 1990, for construction
inspection services for Audubon Park Fourth Addition, by and
between Wayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1990 .
