RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION FOR RISE FUNDING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 18, 1990, for RISE Funding for
paving Big Rock Road beginning at Wagner Road and extending east
approximately 2 , 600 feet, RM-8155 ( 7) --9D-07 , by and between Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1990.
