RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE
GIVEN ON AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 18 1/2, HISTORIC

o a PRESERVATION OF THE WATERLOO CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS
JULY 9, 1990, AT 7 : 00 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING THE CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo for
the purpose of considering and acting upon amendments to Chapter
18 1/2, Historic Preservation of the Waterloo Code of Ordinances,
a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1990.
