fl RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE VACATION, SALE AND CONVEYANCE
OF A PORTION OF THE UNIMPROVED ALLEY GENERALLY LOCATED

IN ROSE HILL REPLAT AS JULY 2, 1990, AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN
CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 2nd day of July, 1990, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell and
convey a portion of the unimproved alley generally located in
Rose Hill Replat owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to Cora
Turner legally described as follows:
The east ten ( 10) feet of that portion of the twenty
( 20) foot alley lying north of the south line of Lot 1,
Block 1, Rose Hill Replat extending westerly, and south
of the north line of Lot 1 , Block 1, Rose Hill Replat
extending westerly, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa,
for $315. 00, plus costs,
and to Frank Miller, legally described as follows:
The west ten ( 10) feet of that portion of the twenty
( 20 ) foot alley lying north of the south line of Lot 1,
Block 1, Rose Hill Replat extending westerly, and south
of the north line of Lot 1, Block 1, Rose Hill Replat
extending westerly, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa,
for $315 . 00, plus costs.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of June, 1990 .
