RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR ASBESTOS INSPECTION

SERVICES WITH AMES ENVIRONMENTAL AND DIRECTING
rH EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Contract B-90( I ) dated June 11, 1990, for asbestos
inspection services, by and between Ames Environmental of Ames,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of June, 1990.
