N INC. AND SUBSIDIARIES OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y.
P 1990 LAPORTE ROAD REPAIR AND OVERLAY PROGRAM IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 359.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Aspro, Inc. and subsidiaries of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the F.Y. 1990 LaPorte Road Repair and Overlay Program
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the llth
day of June, 1990, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the United Fire &
Casualty of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the
same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of June, 1990 .
