RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 5 WITH
BRICE, PETRIDES-DONOHUE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 5 dated June 11, 1990, for
Sixth Street Extension - West Segment, IX-6604( 3 ) --79-07 , by and
between Brice, Petrides-Donohue of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of June, 1990 .
