RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH TERRACON
CONSULTANTS NE, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 11, 1990, for testing services on
backfill used for excavation as the result of demolition of
structures for Sixth Street Extension, IX-6601( 1 ) --79-07 , by and
between Terracon Consultants NE, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June, 1990 .
