RESOLUTION APPROVING STORM SEWER EASEMENTS WITH DR.
BRIAN BOUCK AND WILLIAM C. AND CYNTHIA S. KLINE AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Storm Sewer Easements dated May 17, 1990, for a portion
of San Marnan Drive frontage road lying west of W. Ninth Street,
by and between Dr. Brian Bouck and William C. and Cynthia S.
Kline of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June, 1990.
