BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the llth day of June, 1990, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate the southerly
one foot of the alley located at the rear of Leavitt Street owned
by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and legally described as follows:
The southerly one ( 1) foot of the platted alley adjoining
Lot 5, Block 11, Leavitt, Johnson and Miller Addition, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 1990 .
