RESOLUTION GRANTING APPLICATION OF NORTH EAST IOWA

o o REGION, SCCA, FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE,
• s n - ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .
WHEREAS, North East Iowa Region, SCCA, is going to
conduct an autocross race within the City limits of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with My Waterloo Days; and

WHEREAS, said organization has made formal application
▪ for a variance to conduct said autocross race on Sunday,
June 10 , 1990 , between the hours of 6 : 00 a.m. and 6: 00 p.m.
in conjunction with My Waterloo Days.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of North East
Iowa Region, SCCA, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094,
Noise Ordinance, be and the same is hereby granted.
